🔁 Returns & Refunds

We're committed to making sure you're 100% satisfied with your order. If something’s not right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery — no explanation needed.

🧾 How to Return

✅ Return Conditions:

  • Return within 14 days of receiving your package

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return your product and either:

  • Reorder your preferred item

  • Or choose a refund method below

💸 Refund Options

1. Gift Card (Fastest + Bonus!)
Choose a BigK gift card and get +15% extra value.
Refund processed within 2–3 business days after your return is received. Valid for 12 months.

2. Original Payment Method
Refund processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
Your bank may take up to 3 additional days to reflect the refund.

🚫 What You Can’t Return

  • socks

  • Final Sale items (clearly marked)

  • Items returned after 14 days

Returns not meeting the policy will be rejected and destroyed.

💰 Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for customs fees or duties on returned items.
Always keep your proof of shipment + tracking — we cannot assist with lost or untracked returns.

🕒 Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our warehouse:

  • We process it within 10 business days

  • You’ll receive an email once the refund or gift card has been issued

  • Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to reflect in your bank account
