🔁 Returns & Refunds

We're committed to making sure you're 100% satisfied with your order. If something's not right, you can return your item within 14 calendar days of receiving the last item in your order — no explanation needed. This window includes weekends and public holidays.

Cancelling an unfulfilled order

If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, you can cancel it directly from your account under Orders, or contact us at hello@bigk.be.

✅ Return Conditions

  • Return within 14 calendar days of receiving the last item in your package
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and will be communicated before purchase
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Return your product and either reorder your preferred item, or choose a refund method below.

🚫 What You Can't Return

  • Socks, if the hygiene seal has been removed
  • Final Sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Items returned after 14 calendar days

Returns not meeting these conditions will be rejected and returned to sender where possible.

💸 Refund Options

1. Gift Card (Fastest + Bonus!)

Choose a BigK gift card and get +15% extra value. Processed within 2–3 business days after we receive your return. Valid for 12 months.

2. Original Payment Method

Refund processed within 14 days of us receiving your return or proof of shipment, whichever is earlier. Your bank may take up to 3 additional business days to reflect the refund.

💰 Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This is clearly communicated before you complete your purchase. We are not responsible for customs fees or duties on returned items. Always keep your proof of shipment and tracking number — we cannot assist with lost or untracked returns.

🕒 Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our warehouse:

  • We process it within 14 days of receipt
  • You'll receive an email once your refund or gift card has been issued
  • Allow up to 3 additional business days for refunds to appear in your bank account
