SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with BigK BV.

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

During peak periods (e.g., product launches, holidays, sales campaigns), processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Belgium

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@bigk.be.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days

  • EU countries: 2–7 business days

  • International: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Destination

  • Weight and size of the order

  • Selected shipping method

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • BigK BV is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

For EU shipments, VAT is included in the product price where applicable.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after ordering, please contact us at hello@bigk.be.


7. Delivery Issues

If your package is:

  • Lost

  • Damaged

  • Marked as delivered but not received

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We may require confirmation of address details and cooperation with the shipping carrier investigation.


8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • Reshipping costs may apply.

  • If you request a refund, original shipping costs may be deducted.


9. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Force majeure events (strikes, extreme weather, government actions, etc.)
